Dr. Bennie Cole was born to the family of Hon. Chief Justice Olajide Kassim and Mrs Adetola Atiba Kassim in Lagos, Nigeria West Africa. Her parents are both from royal family of honor in Nigeria. Both her parents studied in Great Britain, where her mother a teacher graduated with a degree in Fashion Design, English Language and Interior Decoration. Her father the Honorable Chief Justice J.O Kassim attended Law School with President Nelson Mandela, at the Middle Temple Inns of Courts, and The London School of Economics and Political Science, London, England. Hon. Chief Justice J.O Kassim worked hand in hand, alongside Nelson Mandela to end the oppression of apartheid in South Africa.
Dr. Bennie Cole attended bible Christian Schools from pre-school through High School. Mount Carmel Convent School Ebute Metta, Lagos, Nigeria for 12 years which included pre-school and St. Mary's Grammar School High School, Iwo, Nigeria for 5 years. Which are still currently highly renowned bible christian schools. Dr. Cole has earned a nursing degree and a Bachelor of science degree in Business Administration, a Masters degree in Early Childhood education and a doctorate degree in Divinity.
Dr. Cole is an evangelist, a Nigeria, Brazilian American business woman, an educator and an inspirational Speaker. She is currently the President of Family Care Staffing Inc, her clients Include: Members of President Kennedy's Family: Tim Kennedy Shriver, Ethel Kennedy, Eunice Kennedy Shriver, and Seargent Shriver. And also ambassadors of different embassies and many celebrities just to name a few. She owned and operated a Day Care program for many years. She provided a safe, stimulating, stress free, nurturing and clean environment where children learn through play. She has been an educator for many years in Africa, Great Britain, and in The United States.
Dr. Cole has worked with and empowered children from infants through high school and older - Young people, teens and adults to uncover and discover their untapped power within - which includes parents of children in her day care. For many years she ran a self-esteem building program for young artist, teens and adults, inviting celebrities in the entertainment industry as speakers to empower them (Stars Rising Inc.)
Dr Cole is a member of the National Association for the education of young children and a member of the National Association of Christian Ministers.

Suzanne was born and raised in Richmond, VA to Dick & Kathleen Pulley. She is one of 5 children raised in a Catholic home. Suzanne and her siblings attended Holy Angels Kindergarten and from there attending Our Lady of Lourdes Elementary School. She attended public school for middle and high school. Starting at age 11 Suzanne began a very successful swimming career. Because of the hours of training that comes with the sport she could only take on flexible jobs. But she found her love in babysitting for children, teaching swim lessons and coaching. She was also a cheerleader in high school as well as participating in track. Suzanne was Vice President of her freshman class and President of her sophomore class. In doing this she found her leadership skills.
Suzanne received an athletic scholarship for swimming to the University of Pittsburgh in 1977. While at PITT she broke records, became a conference champion and was a 4 year All-American. She also won the prestigious Pantherette Award for the most outstanding female athlete for 4 years. Suzanne received a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Psychology/Child Development. During college she also volunteered at Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh in the Play Therapy Department. She even met Mr. Rogers while volunteering one day. Suzanne was also involved in the Chi Omega Sorority where she was able to do be involved in many charity events.
After college Suzanne became the Director of Health and Safety for the American Red Cross in Waco, Texas and Arlington, VA. Suzanne taught thousands of CPR, First Aid, Babysitting, Parenting and Water Safety and Boating classes.
Once having children Suzanne decided to stay home with her children and run a daycare from her home. Suzanne’s Sandbox was formed and she ran her daycare for over 10 years. Suzanne was also very involved as a Girl Scout leader with the Girl Scout Council of the Nation’s Capital. She did all of the CPR and First Aid training for the leaders in the Northern Virginia, D.C. and Maryland areas.
After her home daycare Suzanne returned to Health & Safety and ran her own business in Northern Virginia then Richmond, Virginia. In 2012 she received the prestigious University of Pittsburgh Varsity Letter Club Award of Distinction. This award is given in recognition of exemplary professional attainments, contributions to the welfare and life of the community and for the honor and prestige that have been brought to the University of Pittsburgh since graduation.
Suzanne is also involved with an organization called PEO. This organization, Philanthropic Education Organization is an international group that is 150 years old and its’ purpose is to empower women through education. They raise money for scholarships for women.
Suzanne now resides with her husband, Dave in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
